ABOUT THE PROJECT
Fly Around had a product people liked — but no one liked using it. Design was dense, the visuals felt dated, and the user experience was filled with dead ends. It was functional, just not enjoyable. Their team wasn’t looking for a rebrand. They needed a complete design rethink. That was when Ouranix Agency came in.
Fly Around is a modern logistics and delivery app designed to make sending packages simple, fast, and stress-free. Whether it’s across town or to another city, Fly Around connects people with reliable couriers and travelers who can safely deliver their packages. The brand stands for speed, trust, and convenience—helping individuals and businesses move items without the usual hassles of traditional shipping.
It’s more than just delivery—it’s a community-driven network that makes the world feel smaller and more connected, one package at a time.

CHALLENGES
Branding an app like Fly Around comes with several challenges that must be carefully addressed. The first and most important is building trust, since customers are handing over valuable packages and need full confidence that deliveries will be safe and reliable. Alongside this, there’s the issue of standing out from competitors in a crowded logistics market—Fly Around must clearly communicate what makes it unique, whether it’s speed, affordability, or its community-driven approach. Another challenge is creating an emotional connection with users, as logistics can feel transactional and boring; the brand must instead humanize the service by showing how it helps people and businesses stay connected. Maintaining consistency across channels is also critical, ensuring that the logo, app design, social media, and customer support all reflect the same identity and values. Additionally, because deliveries may span across different regions, the brand has to adapt to cultural differences in tone, messaging, and visuals without losing its core identity. Finally, as the app grows, the challenge becomes scaling the brand—evolving the image to fit a larger, more professional presence while still holding on to the trust and simplicity that early users loved.
We rebuilt the structure first, focusing on clarity and priority. Then we created a flexible component system that gave the product consistency without sacrificing flexibility. Every design decision was tied back to a single goal: make this easier to use without dumbing it down.

SUMMARY
The new Fly Around interface feels lighter, faster, and easier to trust. It guides users instead of overwhelming them. Visual hierarchy is clear. Microinteractions feel deliberate. And the entire experience has a rhythm that wasn’t there before.
We delivered a full product design system, updated UI patterns, interaction states, and high-fidelity prototypes. Vista’s internal team now works from a shared Figma system that’s scalable, documented, and ready for future growth. The product finally looks as solid as it performs.
